Discount Codes and Promo's
If you have a valid Promotional Code then you can enter it into the Promo Code box on the checkout page and your order will be discounted accordingly. Only items that are valid for the code will be discounted. Please ensure that you check the expiry date and any limitations as they normally run for a limited period of time only and may be restricted to certain brands, products or categories. Promotional Codes are not applicable to all items and all sale and items less than RRP items are excluded. Please note that Promotional Codes are subject to change, can be withdrawn at any time and only one Promo Code can be entered per order. We do not accept Promotional Codes encouraging repeat custom if you cancel your original order. Promotional codes can not be stacked and can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Promotional Offers
Some of our products may offer a “Free Item” along side ordering a product.
This “Free Item” is subject to availability, and ordering the said product does not guarantee the customer the “Free Item”.
If a product that is ordered, with the attached “Free Item”, is requested for return or exchange, the “Free Item” will also be requested for return. If the free item is not returned, any refund processed will be minus the retail price of the free item.
A “Free Item” will not be sent if an order is made in conjunction with any other offer.
3 for 2 offers (Free Gifts)
If you return one of the other items, you will be refunded the amount for that product, less the value of the free product at the time you purchased it. For example, if your basket contains an items for £100, £80 and £50, you will not pay for the £50 product. if you then return the £80 product, your refund will be £80, less the £50 for the free product, so the total refund will be £30. In order to obtain a full refund, the full order needs to be returned.
Reward/Loyalty Points
All reward and loyaltly points are only valid for 12 months from the date of issues. If the points are not used within 12 months of issue they will be deducted from your account.
